No. It is deliberately upstream of that — it helps decide what to pursue, not manage the pursuing.
I already have a tracker. Is there any point?
Only if the list inside it is wrong. If you look at your pipeline and feel resigned rather than hopeful, that is a direction problem, and a tracker cannot see it.
What does it cost?
